This project entailed developing and maintaining the master implementation sequencing plan; providing program control (scheduling) support; implementing the ACOE’s Corporate Management (P2); assessing various programs and system-wide impacts; managing information and data financial management/budget and various reports (annual report to public, OMB and 5-year report to Congress); and responding to numerous data calls.

PHS provided architectural and engineering services for program management support for the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP), the world's largest environmental restoration initiative led by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
