PHS offers facilities engineering services in support of building maintenance and renovation, grounds maintenance, utilities operation and maintenance, environmental compliance and energy conservation, health and safety programs, installation planning, construction programming and real estate services.

The experience extends to planning, programming and budget execution systems for Department of Defense (DoD) military installations, major commands, and departmental headquarters.
